ADMISSION OF STUDENTS
Children who make application to kindergarten through fifth grade are required to take a readiness test, complete a health form, produce a current immunization record and present both baptismal and birth certificates.
Applicants for kindergarten must be four years and six months of age before September 30th of the year in which they seek admission to the school.
Students accepted into grades one through five must also present the most recent report card.
TRANSFER OF STUDENTS
Transcripts and report cards for transferring students will be withheld until all financial obligations to Sts. Francis and Joseph Catholic Primary School have been satisfied.

BOY’s UNIFORM
- Blue plaid neck tie (Grades 1-6)
- Long gray pants (Grades 4-6)
- Short gray pants (Grades 1-3)
- Pre-K & K—Short pants(available at school)
- White Shirts
- Pre-K & Kgn.—Golf shirts(available at school)
- All boys wear gray socks
- Black shoes
- All boys are to have a low hair cut, no designs or plaits are allowed
- Jewelry—watch only
GIRL’s UNIFORM
- Blue plaid neck tie (Grades 1-6)
- Blue Plaid Skirt; waist band cut on the bias (Pre-K & K)
- Jumper with round neck; waist band cut on the bias and back zipper (Grades 1-3)
- Blue Plaid skirt; waist band cut on the bias (Grades 4—6)
- White Peter Pan Blouses (Grades 1-6)
- Pre-K & Kgn—Golf shirts (available at school)
- Navy blue knee high socks (no lace or anklets)
- Black shoes (heels should be less than one inch)
- Blue or white hair accessories, no hair extensions or beads allowed
- Small ear knobs and a watch are the only jewelry allowed

The P.E. uniform consists of a house-colored t-shirt and shorts (sold at the school); and white tennis shoes. We recommend white socks be worn.
